Delivery Timelines & Fulfillment Schedule

Physical copies of offer letters, attestation packages, or hardcopy transcripts are dispatched via REDX or eCourier.
5 – 10 Working Days
Delivered nationwide across Bangladesh via Steadfast Express, eCourier, or REDX with real-time SMS tracking.
Digital Services & Portal Fulfillment
- AI SOP & Document Review: Delivered digitally to your candidate dashboard within 24 to 48 hours.
- University Offer Letter & CAS Issuance: Subject to university admissions office schedules (typically 3 to 14 working days).
- Overseas Employer Job Match Authorization: Transmitted via employer portal within 3 to 7 working days.
Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
As soon as your physical package is dispatched from our central warehouse (332/a, KHILGAON, TILPAPARA, KHILGAON, DHAKA-1219), a tracking code and live link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
